A breath of fresh air for Animalia, as the label floats into its next release with a breezy, house tinged EP, tinged with the scent of summer and euphoria.

Emerging new local Melbourne/ Naarm producer Billus reveals his knack for groove and percussive eloquence in Shifting Sands, with four lighthearted, spaced out tracks transporting you straight to a lakeside in Portugal... or to your very own chosen space of zen.

Animalia would like to acknowledge that all tracks were produced on the traditional land of the Woiwurrung & Wurundjeri peoples of the Kulin Nation, and pay respect to their elders past, and present. Sovereignty was never ceded.

Animalia also acknowledges that the roots of the music we love, create, and profit off has stemmed from the work of Black musicians and artists.
